The Personal Data Processing Policy (hereinafter referred to as the Privacy Policy) has been developed in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data” of July 27, 2006 (hereinafter referred to as FZ-152).

This Privacy Policy defines the processing of Personal Data and measures to ensure the security of personal data at RADAR LLC (hereinafter referred to as the Operator) in order to protect the rights and freedoms of the User.

4. PURPOSES OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

10.3. The Operator is not obligated to retain your Personal Data indefinitely, and the Operator hereby disclaims any liability arising from/related to the destruction of such Personal Data without your consent after the expiration of the above 10-year period.

10.4. You agree that the Operator reserves the right to block and/or delete your account, or terminate your account with respect to any services of the Website if you violate any of the provisions of this Agreement.

11. RIGHTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE PERSONAL DATA SUBJECT

11.1. You hereby agree that if you do not wish the Operator and/or the Operator’s authorized contractor processing your Personal Data to collect, process, store, and/or use any of your Personal Data, you will not have the right or will not be able to order Information, Products, and Services through the Site forms.

11.2. You have the right to request the Operator to clarify your Personal Data, block it, or destroy it if the personal data is incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, illegally obtained, or is not necessary for the stated purpose of processing, and to take measures provided by law to protect your rights.

13.2. This Privacy Policy is subject to change and supplementation in the event of new legislation and specific regulations regarding the processing and protection of Personal Data, as well as the introduction of new or additional rules, policies, conditions, or provisions regarding the collection, processing, and storage of Personal Data from time to time, with or without notice to you. Furthermore, new, previously unforeseen ways of using information collected through the Website’s services may emerge from time to time, ways not previously governed by this Privacy Policy.
