1. By providing personal data when filling out online forms on the website https://radar-spb.ru/ (hereinafter referred to as the “Site”), the User accepts this Agreement for the processing of their Personal Data, thereby giving their consent to the processing of Personal Data, both with and without the use of automated tools. You can view the Privacy Policy on the website at https://radar-spb.ru/politika-konfidentsialnosti/ This Agreement applies to the processing of the following Personal Data: Personal Data that is not special or biometric: full name, contact phone numbers, email addresses, company name, address for specialist visits. User Data: IP address; cookie information; information about the devices from which the User accesses the Site (device type, model, browser version); information about the browser (or other program used to access the Site services); access time, address of the requested page; Information about the Internet service provider, mobile network, country code, time zone, domain name, and/or URL from which access is made; information about the User’s internet surfing habits and interests; and other information automatically collected through internet services/browsers. Optional Personal Data that the User voluntarily and knowingly provides at their own discretion, such as age, gender, social status, etc.
2. Purpose of processing Personal Data: provision of services/products, collection of information, fulfillment of agreements and contractual relationships with the User, and distribution of advertising and newsletters.
3. The basis for processing Personal Data is Article 24 of the Constitution of the Russian Federation, Article 6 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data,” and this consent to the processing of Personal Data.
4. During processing, the following actions will be performed with Personal Data: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), retrieval, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), blocking, deletion, and destruction.
5. The Agreement is valid indefinitely from the moment the Personal Data is provided, but may be revoked by the subject of the Personal Data or their representative by sending a written statement to the Website administration expressing their desire to terminate the agreement for the processing of the subject’s Personal Data, defined as personal data by Article 14 of the Law “On Personal Data,” to the email address (e-mail) radar-spb@mail.ru.
6. If the Personal Data subject or their representative submits a notice of termination of the Personal Data Processing Agreement, the Operator has the right to continue processing the Personal Data without the consent of the Personal Data subject only if there are grounds specified in paragraphs 2–11 of Part 1 of Article 6, Part 2 of Article 10, and Part 2 of Article 11 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data” dated July 27, 2006.
7. The owner of the website https://radar-spb.ru/ has the right to transfer the subject’s Personal Data to third parties only if the subject has consented to the processing of their Personal Data by accepting this Agreement, or if such processing is necessary for subsidiaries, as well as other trusted organizations and individuals, to fulfill the Order and/or Service on behalf of the owner of the website https://radar-spb.ru/, as well as for individuals responsible for the operation of the Website, such as hosting or managing the website, sending emails, conducting user behavior research, and performing other functions, if and when necessary.
8. The Website Owner is not responsible for the use (both lawful and unlawful) by third parties of information posted by the User on the Website, including its reproduction and distribution by all possible means.
9. By this Agreement, the User confirms that they act freely, of their own free will, and in their own interests, and confirms their legal capacity. The User, by giving his consent to the processing of his Personal Data, acknowledges and confirms that he has carefully and fully read this Agreement, the Privacy Policy and the terms of processing of his Personal Data, acknowledges and confirms that all provisions of this Agreement and the terms of processing of his Personal Data are clear to him.
